Who are we?

We are a community of people who gather every Sunday to sing praises to God, learn more about Him and spend time with each other. We call ourselves Christians, because we believe in Jesus Christ, who died on the cross to save us from our sins and to give us eternal life, and whom we confess as Lord and Saviour. Our lives have been changed by God and His amazing love, and we seek to share this love with those around us, particularly to the people in Geylang Methodist School and the surrounding area.

If you have children, drop them off at Kidz-In-Praise, our children's ministry before the service. Kidz-In-Praise is a ministry serving children from 3 to 12 years old and is located at the Primary 1 "Peace" classroom on level 2 of Geylang Methodist School (Primary). It runs from 9.45am to 11.15am.

If you have teenagers, they may want to drop by the Chrysalis Youth Ministry. They meet in Christalite Auditorium at 9.45 am for combined worship with the adults, then have their own programme after that from 11.15am to 12.45pm.
 
You may wish to join us for our Worship Services. These are held in Christalite Auditorium, on the third floor of Geylang Methodist School (Primary). You can reach the sanctuary by taking a lift that is straight down the corridor from the main lobby after the car drop-off point. We have two English services to cater to different worship styles. A traditional service is held from 8am to 9am and the contemporary service is from 9.45am to 11.15am. We also have a Mandarin service from 11.45am to 1pm at the same location.

Do join us for fellowship over a cuppa at the canteen downstairs!

We are always happy to meet visitors, so do stay back and let us get to know you and for you to get to know us better. And what better way to do this than over some coffee, tea and light snacks. This will also be a good opportunity for you to find out more about the work we are doing in this community.

If you love books, take some time to browse through the books at our library, aptly named Still Waters Resource Room. It is located on the same level as the sanctuary and can be found within the church office at the end of the corridor. Its operating hours are 8.30am to 12 noon every Sunday.
 
Finally, don't forget to pick your children up after the service!
